Please note carefully in which group(s) you can participate.

A. If you are NOT from North-East India or Sikkim, or DO NOT live there at present,
you can participate ONLY in GENERAL CATEGORY.

 

Total Prize Money – INR 50,000.00

 

B. If you are from North-East India or Sikkim, or live there at present,
you can participate in 2 categories.

 

a. Grant Award: Prize Money – INR 1,00,000.00
b. General Category: Prize Money – INR 50,000.00

 

C. If you are from Tripura or at present live in Tripura,
you can participate in ALL CATEGORIES.

 

Total Prize Money – INR 3,00,000.00

 

Submission time frame:

a. All categories except Grant award – Oct. 1st, 2019 to Nov. 15th, 2019
b. Grant award – Sept. 1st, 2019 to Nov. 15th, 2019
